How am I supposed to find the manufacturer's item number?? Lets get real folks! Not happy at all! I gave the make and model, one should be able to find the part number of their own product!

I am not *** at all. I'm a very happy customer. I would like to inquire about getting another lid for my fire pit. Mine blew off from the back of my truck on vacation recently. I purchased this fire pit brought it home to start building it as I Opened the box I noticed that it is damaged from 2 sides as it shows in the pictures and video. I was not gonna mind it but the hole for the handle on the cover is way to small and the handle bolt will not go in so there is a lot of problems with this product. Hopefully we can get this fixed or a return thanks.

Simple question that no one can answer. Too many requirements to get help from customer service and then you want to charge for that help.

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase the Bloom telescopic shrub rake.

I gave them all the information and what was to be in the box but they insisted that no lid was showing in their system for the fire pit even though it the box clearly said a lid was part of the fire pit.

User's recommendation: Beware.
